I had my daughter's piutrce taken at a portrait studio last month. They called and left a message that I needed to come a 30 minutes to 60 minutes later than my appointment. Unfortunately, I didn't get the message until about 30 minutes before my appointment.I was already in the area so I thought I would go in and see if they could see me earlier since I knew they were busy during my appointment time. I explained that I had just got her message. The lady was very rude to me. I'm just going to leave it at that. She did apologize when I came back an hour later for my pushed back appointment but it didn't feel genuine. I didn't enjoy her taking piutrces of my daughter and didn't even order any of them.
