Great video Matt. I think part of getting the work life bcalnae is the culture of the office. Does your office support you in juggling family and work commitments, or is it frowned upon if you leave early to pick up the kids or miss work drinks to watch your kids sport etc. I think the beauty of real estate is that it's not about how long you work, but all about the score on the board. If you focus on the right actions then you can still get good results without being there constantly. There are lots of people who believe that because they are at work , that they are working . This is not always the case.

The BFG by Roald Dahl.I really liked this book beucase it is soooo funny.My favourite chapter is snozzcumbers.I would recommend this book beucase it is adventurous and giants are on the loose and look out for giants.
