Creatine has been used mainly for improving exercise performance and increasing muscle strength.
It has also been used for muscle disorders (e.g., McArdle\'s disease), Parkinson\'s disease, and heart failure. Using this product without proper medical care for conditions such as heart failure may cause or worsen serious health problems. Consult your doctor for proper treatment of your condition.
Creatine is the same as a substance made by your body that is found mostly in the muscles. It helps to provide energy to the muscles.
Some herbal/diet supplement products have been found to contain possibly harmful impurities/additives. Check with your pharmacist for more details about the brand you use.

How to use Cytotine Oral
Take this product by mouth as directed. Follow all directions and warnings on the product package. If you are uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Measure the dose carefully using a special measuring device/spoon. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.
Drink plenty of water while using this product unless your doctor directs you otherwise.
If your condition persists or worsens, or if you think you may have a serious medical problem, seek immediate medical attention.
Nausea, upset stomach, or diarrhea may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: muscle cramps, reduced ability to tolerate heat, symptoms of dehydration (e.g., unusual decreased urination, unusual dry mouth/thirst, fast heartbeat, dizziness/lightheadedness).
Tell your doctor immediately if any of these rare but very serious side effects occur: change in the amount of urine, seizures.
A very serious allergic reaction to this product is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Before using this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes.
Liquid forms of this product may contain sugar and/or alcohol. Caution is advised if you have diabetes, alcohol dependence, or liver disease. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about using this product safely.
Children may be more sensitive to the effects of this product.

It is not known whether this product passes into breast milk. Because of the possible risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this product is not recommended. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Before using this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription/herbal products you may use, especially of: drugs that may harm the kidneys (e.g., NSAIDs such as ibuprofen/naproxen), \"water pills\" (diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide).
This product may interfere with certain laboratory tests (including kidney function tests), possibly causing false test results. Make sure laboratory personnel and all your doctors know you use this drug.
Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with your doctor or pharmacist first.

MISSED DOSE:
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
STORAGE:
Refer to storage information printed on the package. If you have any questions about storage, ask your pharmacist. Keep all medications and herbal products away from children and pets.
Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist or local waste disposal company for more details about how to safely discard your product.
